You're correct except the Tekno aluminum horn is threaded to hold the screw. Screw it in, drop the linkage on, and nut on top.

Ah is he still around? He needs a tekno now so he can join us! His bodies are epic!
Nice! Be awesome to see him posting his work here.He has at least one. I sent him a link to the forums. His truck was the guinea pig and poster truck for all the T-Bone bumpers.
Very nice build Pauly. Hard to improve on the 1st one but you did just that. I am going to take some cues from this when I do some maintenance and mods. The emulsion shocks in particular. Just the sound of consistency is why I would do it.
The shock tower/body mount braces went on tonight. Fitment is great. I didn't drill and bolt the plates as instructed tho. I've heard that makes everything too rigid causing issues so I left them with just the shock standoffs holding the plates.
First time with wheels/tires on it. Everything is operational and the finishing touches should be just about done tomorrow.
Good info on the ST braces. Looks awesome all together man. Look forward to seeing her rip.
Thanks man. Me too. Feels like I've been waiting forever on parts to finish it up so I can start breaking stuff
The plates are so nice... it's crazy that none of the known companies are making them.
I've been contemplating the m2c rear chassis brace. when i flex the chassis with my hands, i see absolutely zero movement there with the stock brace and I wonder just how beneficial that m2c rear chassis brace is with the short chassis. don't get me wrong, i still want it just because i'm a hopup bling junkie like the rest of us. just trying to figure out what hop ups actually have benefit first.. ha ha. i think the rear shock tower support will be my next one.
looking awesome Pauly
Thanks man. I won't even run without the M2C rear tower brace. I've actually even broken one on my ET48.3. I'm hoping the aluminum rear chassis brace keeps the likelihood of bending a chassis down as well, cuz I've done that too
