Just curious if anyone knows of someone making an aluminum front chassis brace? I know M2C made a front/center brace in one (it doesn't seem to be available anymore) but I don't really want that anyways. I have replaced my front brace in both my SCT and my EB48.3 now, because the tiny little hole where the top screw goes in has snapped. The thing is I probably did it well before I even noticed because at first glance nothing looks broken until you try flexing your chassis and then you can see the plate and the brace separate a bit.
If anything I may just try to reinforce it a little with a piece of metal and extra screws.
Has anyone else experienced this and made a solution besides replacing the brace every time?
My last resort will be to head over to a machine shop and see if I can get someone to make one for me, I just know that wont be cheap.
