Best all around tire for outdoor dirt track, recommended wheel nuts

Scored a used EB48.4 for Christmas: just the chassis, rear wing, and a body. What's a good all around tire to start out with? Also didn't come with any wheel nuts, recommendations? Thanks!

For winter months a SSLW might be a good compound for cooler weather and I typically run SLW in the summer.

I built my ebuggy last month but haven't got to use it. Between the weather and switching over to indoor 1/10 racing. But from everything I read, then Jconepts Reflex tire is a great all around tire.

For wheel nuts I go with fully enclosed to keep dirt out of the set screw in the end of the stub axles.
