I was very happy to see Tekno's new way to secure the kingpins/spindle pins on this platform. Awesome!

Hasn't that been the standard design for tekno for many years? I remember my tekno et48.3 had a similar design (grub screw was smaller). Are you referring to some other thing?

The SCT410.3 had 2 kingpin screws that were prone to stripping out and required you to replace the spindle due to stripped threads, it was a VERY dated design that was long overdue to meet current industry standards.

Instead of set screws butting up against kingpins, like on past platforms, the SCT410 2.0's screw pins go all the way through the kingpins ("spindle pins" as Tekno calls them on the SCT410 2.0). The older designs still had a tendency to loosen up if left unchecked. Heck, the SCT410 and SCT410.3 didn't even have set screws to help keep things tight.
