I'll be racing on indoor clay, should I go with the 8 hole pistons or the 2 hole. The jumps aren't that big and there will be lots of 180 corners with med grip
 
generally, the larger the jumps the more holes you need to compensate for them being smaller holes as explained here:

VRP has been introducing 20H pistons lately with the idea that more smaller holes are able to soak up big air on the 1/8 tracks... haven't seen 20H pistons on 1/10 cars yet but the philosophy should carry over just the same.

For a track with smaller jumps, chances are 2H with larger holes may do better than 8H with smaller holes.
