Yes it's a toy story inspired quote, but here's the thing: I tried a dusty motor shroud to keep mud out of the car but it gets hot.
Has anyone attempted to build front mudguards (and tall side ones possibly) like the ones on an Arrma Outcast for example ?

I could shape the front ones to conform to the body and avoid crap getting everywhere.

I haven’t seen anyone do it but I think it would be relatively easy to do with kydex.

This was going to be my suggestion as well.

Kydex is pretty cheap and can easily be made into mud guards.
