I have this on my wish list, but, since someone posted about a future Tekno SCT410.3 replacement, I will wait awhile before whipping out credit card.

The KKPIT K1 is a short-haul truck that has been available in China since 2016, and I'm lucky to have inadvertently, searched for the K1 here. I hope we can talk more about it.

This is the K1-SCT from KKPIT, a RC brand from China. The K1 SCT platform is around 10 years and quite popular in China and some countries in Asia. I run this kit on an outdoor track with big jumps and the truck handles quite well. There are some pics of my K1-SCT V2.

Only use foam rubber tape to mount the ESC on the chassis, that is strong enough. You need to drill holes in the chassis to mount the battery tray and cut the rear part of the side guard for a better look and clearance, that is it. This layout makes the truck handle quite well in the air.
