I wanted to run a stadium truck body on the ET410 and saw a few creative solutions across the internet. However, I wanted to be able to run an ST body or stock body without too much hassle. Came upon body mount extensions during my search and the gamble paid off.

Bought this off amain.

It had four post extensions for 5.5mm diameter and 6mm diameter. 6mm diameter extensions are a direct fit, with the 5.5mm being snug (but decided to use them anyway).

The only modification needed was to cut the tip of the round mount point on the ET410. Did this on all four mounting points. This is because the inside of the extension post is flat.

The posts will be cut and sanded down a few notches higher than the retention pins in case I decide to use another body. There are a few other extension options found on eBay as well.

If I want to run stock body, just remove extension and mount body as normal. Hope this is useful!

Looks good!

It almost looks like you could have used the wing support to mount some body mounts on. Also if you look at the rear tower you can see the same indentations as the front tower that the body mounts attach to. So there are other possible ways depending on the body you want to use.

Yup! You pointed that out on your build post, didn't work with the ST body options I had. Maybe someone will make use of them. I read xray had mounts with a similar design that may mount up to the existing indentations.
