I had a twitchy steering servo. When the car was on the starter box, the wheels would twitch.
Touch them and it stops.
I began to investigate. Taking wheels off would sort it, as would disconnecting the servo from the linkage. BUT I noticed I was not using the inner hole on the alum horn, and I had put a washer on the wrong side of the pivot ball, so the ball was chewing the plastic or the servo arm. Vid shows issue. Pics show adjustments. I also ensured the horn and arms where parallel, they were just, but made a few tweaks there too.
.
It appears to be better....I think something was hitting a natural frequency and starting a vibration.
This might help someone
