Tuning a v1 sct410

So ive gotten into racing recently with my et48.3 and ive really liked it. So im wanting to race prep my used version 1 sct410, i was looking at the v1 and .3 versions manuals and they have drastically different setup. Is that caused by the changes they've done to the truck or simply because they figured out it handled better like that.

In short i wanna reset the tune on my sct410. Do i follow.3's manual tune or should i stick to the v1 tune.
