I have a spare original front gear box for my 2.0. I broke one whilst I was a learner so got a spare in case it happened again. Anyway…
Bought a 2.1 and wondered if the old tkr9012 would fit on the 2.1.
I believe it should as the new brace part on the 2.1 is available for the 2.0 and says it’s backwards compatible with the old gear box and the newer tkr9412
I guess the only difference is the angle the outdrive is at and the bigger bearing right? Other than that and perhaps stronger plastic/structure it’s geometrically the same with respect to mounting and outdrive positions?
