Issues with used SCT410.3

Just purchased a SCT410.3 on ebay for 350 with motor, servo and esc included. I bought a transmitter/receiver and batteries. Connected them up and the truck beeps 2x with a green LED flash then blinks red when I power it on. The ESC fan starts but have no steering or throttle. Any suggestions? It's a EZRUN Max10 ESC with a 5200mah 2s 50c Lipo. Let me know if any other info is required. Matters what the issue is if I send it back or not. Please Help!

You need to recalibrate the ESC.

Thank you! I didn't have time to look for the manual yesterday. I'll read through that to familiarize myself with it.
