What are the extra chassis holes for?

just a guess, but probably to make it easier to mount electronics in various locations for custom trays and what not, balance weights, etc..

Chassis weights, TKR9077 and TKR9078.

Yeah, I clicked on upgrade/option parts; scrolled through the four pages, but weights did not show up and why I asked.

Now I know why they didn't show up... the TKR9077 and TKR9078 weights are designed for the milled out areas of 1/8 chassis.

Yes, those weights were designed for the 8th scale, but the holes in the SCSL chassis were designed for those weights.
