I am having an issue with rod ends popping off the balls on the front camber links. Better rod ends?

As stated. I started to get my ET410.2 dialed in but it seems like every time I roll over I am popping the rod ends from the ball joints. Is there some better ones to use or should I just get some replacement stock ones from Tekno. Maybe I stretched it out a bit when I was adjusting my camber? Still new to this and figuring out stuff.

All it takes is one bad wreck to damage the ball end... once they pop off, just once, then it's time to replace them. You can get away with popping them back on to complete a race or possibly race day, but I would replace the ball end with a new one as soon as you get home.

Always carry spare ball ends and replace as needed, they are consumables.

That is good to know. Thank you. I wasn't sure if it was like that or if it was a week point that could be fixed with after-market support.

I'm so used to my SCT410.3. That thing is an absolute tank.

I remember reading somewhere about people having problems with the ball cups on my 410sl. Which is based off your et410.2. There solution was to run the AE ball cups instead. So that's what I did and I haven't had any problems with them.

Team Associated or Yokomo rod ends seem to be the top choice for discerning drivers. I keep Associated 91722 rod ends on hand for my Associated rides, but I never know when/if I'll get fed up with stock Tekno rod ends... so far so good!

I went ahead and ordered some spare Tekno rod ends, but it the issue persists I'll try the AE ones.

I guess it's possible someone could put the rod ends on a ball stud the wrong way, or Tekno would not have put the note in the manuals. I'm sure you seen the note in the manual, but just to make sure...

Then you would have assumed wrong! Lol. I'm going to check those. Knowing me, I probably missed that and put them on backwards.

Nope. Just checked and they are correct.
