Bit disappointed

Hi all; I’m a bit disappointed, 2 bash and 1 bad landing and bend the rear drive shaft and the rear brace.

Tried to put it straight as I normally do with Arrma drive shafts and this happened 2 time I hitted the hammer, really bad quality

I had a similar issue early on when bashing, yet never an issue on track. I fitted an aluminium rear brace and a front and rear bumper, it's never happened again. It is one most reliable cars I've ever owned. Don't forget this car is built for flex on a track, and it sure does flex on a hard tail landing.

If I could get a front and rear brace and bumpers that's all I think I'd need for this truck, oh and maybe a spare set of front inner hinge pins.

It was from 3-4 meters high and landed on the rear wheels. I have front and back bumper

I’m waiting for find in the market front and rear 7075 brace. And if is there any center one. The car flights really well.

Do you guys have this kind of problem, the screws from the diff come off, this is the first one on my tekno. In my arrma happened many times

Try without washer. The countersunk head has more friction on the conic plastic than on the flat washer

I took them off yesterday. Hope the bumper will last for long.

You may need a slightly longer screw, but it won't need to be much, the gearbox doesn't have a lot of threads that bite in the front and rear holes, you can easily strip them if you try to screw them up to tight.

Define “bad landing “

This was my latest wing landing, my fault completely, a 70-90 foot jump straight on the wing at the beach. I was doing a double backflip and my finger slipped out of the trigger when I went to hit the break the car overrotated and the wing dig in to the sand clean snapping the bulkhead.

Another day, and another piece broken, for sure the parts of this tekno are worse than the one I have in my arrma. I can’t believe how the hinge pin has broken. And the shock cap!!!! I’ve ordered the not vented ones maybe better for bashing
