I went to Bolt and Tool in Hickory NC today and they had an abundance of #19 drill bits which seems to be a bit if an odd item for some.
So I checked fastenal and they listed them, and a few other industrial tool suppliers. Wire gauge bits apparently are fairly common in the industrial world, and are reasonably priced.
If any of my "Tekno brethren" have issues finding one locally let me know and I will pick one up and ship it to you. The bit was just under three bucks, and I can probably drop it in one of those small yellow envelopes and mail it. We're talking five or six bucks for everything, that's about what it'd cost me.
