I have an ET410.2 with the stock spur gear 53t, 32 pitch, composite, black, EB/ET410) is included with the ET410 and a 16t pinion gear. I am running an XErun 4300kv motor and the XR10 esc. It is fast enough, but tends to overheat after about 5 to 6 minutes. What can I do to create a longer run time?

I found it necessary to run a 4-pole 540 motor with a 20T pinion to get the best results, if I was to run the ET410 today I would get the XeRun 3652-3800KV with a 20T pinion:

What temps has the motor seen?
What XR10 speed control? Hybrid mode?
Have you done any of the normal stuff like checking for binding, blown bearings, drop a tooth or two on the pinion gear, and recheck temps?
