lighter than 6s Backflips?
I don't know. I've run both on my Kraton, Kraton XL, and Sledge. I think the Copperheads handle better. The 6s Backflips are squirmy. My Sledge is 16lb and really brings this out with the 6s Backflips.

Oddly enough a set of 6s Backflips is what I unglued. I wanted a heavier set of wheels and that was what was sitting on the rack. The MT drove pretty well with them.

Don't really know where to put this.. I was messing with images from the MT48 and Et48 2.0 manuals i regards to the shock towers, and seeing how the compared. I'm not 100% sure the scale is correct because the MT48 towers appear really short...? Anyway, here are the rear towers from both. The red dots are where holes match up. MT48 in the foreground.

Yes, the rear tower on the MT is a lot shorter than the ET/NT rear towers. This is so truck bodies can sit lower and it makes all 4 shocks the same.

The only issue with the truck I've crossed paths with so far is with the rear shocks, "bladder in the shock not on it" syndrome. I've ordered a set of Tekno aluminum emulsion shock caps. This is the first truck I've owned that didn't need to be upgraded just to work. I'm very impressed with the MT48 2.0.

Actually, I think the nut came off the top of one of the shock shafts. It doesn't leak nor does it shocks absorb.

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 ADU make some really really nice stuff for the Corally cars. They don't just limit themselves to carbon copies of stock parts. They design some really nice over-built bracing and chassis parts etc..

Adu racing from Ali began to make tune for new mt! Now they have spur, diff case and centr brace.. hope we will see bulkheads and braces for normal price
I've been Arrma brutal to this truck and the chassis and shock towers are still straight. I have 6s Arrma wheels on the truck and have had no diff or ring gear problems. I think beefing out the MT48 will make it heavier but not better. What surprises me is the spindley driveshafts are still straight too.

I did successfully break a shock piston.

Mine began to crack after 5 minutes on 6s, only in one place where I put stock diff case🤣

Ah okay, thanks! Do you have any idea those modifications are? The motor 4278SD motor is really long too.

Can’t wait to see your next video!!
No, there are only scratches inside bulkhead.. I don't now who is guilty, I changed bulkhead and diff case both, put from et

Do you think it handles/drives better now?
The circle to the left is what it used to look like (stunt truck). From a handling standpoint anything would be an improvement. Tomorrow we'll find out if I nailed it.

Changes.
4s Backflip wheels.
Sway bars 2.8 front, 2.6 rear.
Diffs 50/500/30.
Shocks stock with ET emoltion caps.

It setup may not be perfect but it is in the ball park.

It drives like a slot car with really big balls. I'm very happy with it.

Glad to hear it!

I’ll be in the US in Feb, so I’ll try to source the parts whilst I’m there. The anti-roll bars are stupidly expensive in the UK.

A recommended upgrade would be replacing the F/R diff cases with TKR9115C. On both the F/R stock cases the out drives cups were binding hard. TKR9115C has a metal sleeve that the out drive cup spins in.

After having my first one annexed by my daughter I decided to build a second one.

The first picture is where electronics are coming from. The MT410 is getting retired. The rest will be my new truck. Also a set of Phaze 1 RC mud flaps have been ordered. One part from Germany and one part from China, I figure it will be up and running in a month. The ugly green body will be going back on it.
