Hi,
After a decade or 3 out of RC i thought i'd like to get back into it. Did my due diligence and found TEKNO.
The ET48 looks great, drives great and bashes (what i'll be doing) great, and comes in kit form , perfect! If only i could find one for sale...

UK (Where I am) - Can't find one. ETA unknown...?
Europe - Found a couple but won't send to UK..
USA - Probably prohibitively expensive with postage and import taxes/fees?

I was told by one of the Euro shops, the ET48 2.0 is discontinued and i should wait for the new model.... He didn't say 2 weeks but i'm sure he was thinking it, lol!

Anybody know of any available? I don't mind a ET48.3 (unlikely, but you never know) as it seems to have more after-market bashing options.

Only just found out the main guy at TEKNO is/was a Drum & Bass producer, i think i have 12" by him, lol small world..!

I’m also in the U.K. and as tekno is a niche, specialist brand here, I too have found that nice, used Teknos are like hens teeth.
I’ve bought two now from the tekno BTS Facebook group in the USA.

I got a really nice, barely used et48.3 and eb48.4 this way, both of which are set up as bashers. They were great value to buy and the shipping and import costs, while high, only brought them on par with U.K. prices, had I actually been able to find nice U.K. examples

Even so, et48 2.0s are highly sought after in the USA too, so I wish you the best of luck.
