Read that on multiple posts today, information apparently coming from Tekno.

Both Truggies to be upgraded soon:
• ET410 too, expecting ET410.2
• ET48 2.0 likely next

am i the only one who caved and bought a mt410 just to make an et48.3?
it cost 400$ in parts but hey, what with all the info that Tekno wasn't sharing, I didnt know if there was ever going to be another et48 to buy. I had one on back order for the last 3 months and then amain discontinued them because they had received no info from Tekno about them. Total roller cost 850$ but I am still very glad and grateful to FINALLY have a second et48.3 to race against.
I sincerely hope everyone at Tekno is in good health.

The whole waiting game on the 2.0 buggy about put me in a mental institute. Now having the rug pulled from beneath my feet with the ET410 gone...I need to ask doc to refill my prescription of meds (just jokin') to ease the pain and anxiety.

The next few months are going to be exciting!

ET48.3 announced in August 2015
No .2 or refresh since then to my knowledge.
Expected EB48 2.0 redesign to ET48.

ET410 release in 2018.
New arms announced January 2020.
Expected EB410.2 mods to ET410

Yes, I found the whole thing very enjoyable. Especially when he talks about why he chose the name Tekno for his company and talks about his life at that time .
For anyone pressed for time, wanting to get to the point, he mentions NT and NB48 2.0 parts already produced, at the 38 minute mark.

I am hoping for a 2.0 ET48. I wanted to get a ET48.3 this summer but I can not find them in shops anywhere around here. I did receive this reply when inquiring on Tekno website earlier about the restock of ET48.3.

I would be interested in a 48.3 if they get some more and sell at a lower price then a new version. But otherwise I’ll wait for a new version

Also ET48 2.0 seems to be planned well past the summer, that’s from a tekno staff on this forum a few weeks ago. I think we are looking at October-November.

I don’t know how much will be transferable as I have a EB48.4 and it seems a lot of the new EB48 2.0 parts don’t work with the .4. But I’m sure Tekno will keep the parts coming for the ET48.3. I’ve had no troubles finding parts for my older NB48.3 that I sold not too long ago

Has anyone heard of any updates on when the ET48 2.0 may be released? I have had an ET48.3 on back order since April and it has been a tough wait to see what the next iteration will be. Ahhhhh!!!! so hard to wait!

If it were me and I had a .3 on back order I would cancel and wait for the new ET48 2.0, but my guess is it won't come till late Oct...that is just a guess, I have no inside info on the topic.

NT48 2.0 is currently being tested by team drivers. We should expect ET48 2.0 to be available before the end of the year, but it is going to be a very long wait...

My guess is that it wasn't worth the hassle to go through the manufacturing of a last batch of .3 and also put distribution and customers in a position where they had invested in a model quickly becoming outdated.

Patience is the price to pay in order to not buy twice...
