Christmas came early for us and we're going to share our vision with you! We will be chronicling our special 1/5 Arrma Kraton EXB 8S build on this continued thread over the next few months. We're taking our time on this one and it's for a good cause. We are still currently shopping potential sponsors for the remaining performance parts & upgrades. Once we obtain the goal we're after with this rig, this 1 of 1 build will be raffled off and the proceeds will go to purchasing 10 Arrma Grom RTRs for hospitalized & underserved youths in the PNW(5 going to each demographic). Stay tuned ladies & gentlemen, we promise an informed, detailed and community-centric thread! I'm an equal opportunity troll, I even own a Traxxass.

This site is so slow I consider any movement to be good movement. With all the really hot Teknos out there I thought there would be more traffic here. I've only asked one technical question so far and it was like shining head lights at a deer. Very disappointed.

I don't check in on the forums/folds as much as I used to, but was curious about an Arrma product using Tekno pieces for a build... so I thought.

Same here, disappointed with the lack of activity in the MT48 2.0 forum. Glad there is an active platform on FB to exchange technical info, bashing experience, and new aftermarket products.

The team has begun teardown & livery planning this weekend! We have been at it all weekend and here's what's being removed chassis-wise for now & eventually upgraded on this 1/5 Kraton 8S EXB World Beater:

*Front suspension arms, upper and lower
*Steering bellcranks & bearings
*Steering top plate
*Steering servo saver
*Steering servo saver/side guard insert
*Front brace support
*Front brace
*Motor mount
*Motor mount slider
*Center differential internals
*Spur gear
*Motor pinion gear
*Tower to Tower top brace
*Rear brace support
*Rear brace
*Rear suspension hangers, RF & RR
*Rear suspension arms
*Rear turnbuckle linkage and ends
*Rear differential internals
*Rear hub carriers
*Rear hub bearings
*Rear wing will be modified
*Rear skid will be installed

Pics will follow post edit and it's on to Phase 2, Upgrade installation!!!!!
