Trying to convert SCT410 2.0 to 17mm hexes, did I mess up?

Those are wrong.

Here is a cut and paste from that post which is an email I got from tekno when I inquired about which axles/hexes to use.

"Most 2.8 sized wheels with a 17mm hex will require the following:

TKR1602
TKR5569 (x2)
TKR9588 (x2)

Currently there are 2 options which you have pointed out.

TKR5570-17 (for 1/8thbuggy/truggy offset) still using TKR9588 as the shafts.

TKR5569 (2.8 sized wheels) using TKR9588 and TKR1602 to complete.

If the future there may be a third option, this would just be the TKR5569,TKR1602, and possibly TKR9588 in a whole kit together for simplicity. However I do not have an ETA on this kit, nor has it's contents been confirmed as of yet.

“ I appreciate the quick reply and tech
One question though,
What is the difference between the tkr9588 87mm axles and the tkr9589 86mm axles? Is one preferable to the other for either Sct or mt 2.0 use?
Are they so close in length that either can be used? But if someone was buying new would they get the 87mm like you listed in your reply?”

Correct the TKR9588 is the better options for the MT/SCT.

TKR9589 is for a future product, but can be used as well if purchased by mistake."

So buy
Tkr9588 axles
Tkr5569 short hexes
Tkr1602 set screws
You may possibly need to run
Tkr5570-17 wide hexes to get proper offset on the wheels you choose. Unfortunately, tekno is currently only selling the wide hex tkr5570-17 as the set it was used for the old eb48sl and it will come with two stub axles that you will not be using that will basically be garbage.
But there is currently no other option if you need to run the wide hex with the optional Tekno axles.
I strongly recommend getting the M2C racing 17 mm conversion for the 2.0. Until you find out exactly what offset will be required.. if the M2C racing hexes for the Tekno kit axle are too wide, then pursue the options using the optional tekno axles and hexes.

Those M2C Racing 17mm hex adapters were made for the MT410 2.0. You donn't thinnk the extra 5mm would be too much under a SCT body?

I just received my axles and set screws today. All mounted. Ty to those that gave info.
