I have been searching but have not been able to find anything thus far. For those of you using your ET48 2.0 as a basher, have you cut any cooling vents in the front and rear windows of your truggy to help with airflow for cooling? Since I don't race, I was thinking it may be a good idea especially for this Texas heat.

Hopefully someone has some experience with it and can give some do's and don'ts for location. I was also thinking a bit of mesh to cover the opening may help with dirt.

Thanks in advance.

I have cut the front window out on the motor side, plus a little of the side pod. I haven't run the truck enough since the change to really give you a diffonitive answer, but it seems to help and the body didn't crack instantly.

I was thinking of putting some slits on the roof for some airflow, but I like your idea better.

I’ve used a fan guard directly above the motor
