Tekno RC's
  1. MT410
  2. SCT410
Arrma and traxxas aren't the only trucks that know how to have fun. My buddy launching his SCT into orbit when we were at the skatepark.

I have an indoor track near my house where I have driven my SCT410.3 many times and have only broke it once or twice (one of those times being when I let a friend drive...straight into a wall). I have hit the triple jump...followed by a pole... multiple times. I have hit jumps and plowed into walls. A couple of times I flipped end over end and crashed completely off the track. I love tekno!

Post some of this on the Armma Forum. They think the sct410 is not for bashing.

Yes, I buy "race bred" RC kits to "bash". Specifically nowadays, I look to Tekno RC platforms first when considering a new toy to toss around. Because of their history of overbuilding RCs for durability, and Tekno making my long-awaited dream come true 4wd stadium truck/mini truggy ET410... I am hooked. That ET410 lead me to the ET482.0 and understanding what "Tekno Toughness" is all about!

I may not "send" my RC toys "to the moon" and back, as many RC driving daredevils like to do, but Tekno RC platforms make great "bashers".

There's definitely a following on AF. Plenty of tekno respect, and high comments for quality and durability. Lots of people with builds (recently) and plenty more that chime in with other good things to say:

I think Arrma makes "tough" bashers, no doubt. But the difference here from tekno to arrma comes in more precise handling, how smoothly everything works, how the chassis components fit together, and quality of materials (and probably others). For that, i'd go tekno all day long. My kraton can fly through the air nicely, but it still turn like krap.

There are plenty of us both here and on AF. I mean the Tekno forums could be a sub section on AF as quite a few people own both. Arrma makes great rigs for abusive bashing Tekno makes great rigs period.

So true. Teknoforum may actually have more traffic as a sub forum of AF... lol
