Is this thier SHORT COURSE SUPER STRONG CLEAR RC CAR BODY - SC001??
Also what thickness did you get? I see 1, 1.5, & 2mm
If so it says the wheelbase is 325mm xx 310mm (width), did you have any issues fitting yours?
I'm really thinking about getting the SCT410 2.0 for a rally car build. Delta Plastiks have a SUBARU WRX 22b 1/8 SCALE GT CLEAR RC CAR BODY - 0108 with the same wheelbase and width, but I wasn't sure if the SCT410 wheelbase would match (amain says 329).

Anyone think I might have issue running WR8 rally wheels?
View attachment 11533I did see a 17mm conversion for putting 1/8 wheels on. I can see some 1/8 GT tires that are 100mm if the WR8 are to small
Regarding the wheelbase, you can move the wheelbase shims to the rear. This would reduce the wheelbase by 3mm. So, instead of 329, the wheelbase would be 326. My guess is that you wouldn't have any issues here.
Regarding the track width and the width of the body, I don't see any issues there.
The wheels are where you are going to have issues. A standard short course wheel (not the tire) inside diameter is 3 inches. For a standard short course truck, the inside diameter of the tire is tall enough to clear the height of both the front and rear hubs.
I recently tried to transform the tekno 1/8 buggy into a 1/10 short course truck and the inside diameter of a short course truck tire isn't large enough to fit over the front c-hubs.
That said, I was able to fit the Rlaarlo XTS-10 rally car tires to my SCT410SL. If you're gonna use a rally body for a short course truck, look up the wheelbase and track width for the SCT410SL.
If you have other 1/10 rigs, you can always order the rally tires first, see if they fit your SCT410 2.0, and if they do, then order the body and shift the wheelbase forward by 3mm.
