Proline badlands or equivalent are a safe bet off road. But any race tire will do the job, just go for the harder and more durable compounds.

Yes badlands and backflips are a good choice
Also if you are going to be running big power look into belted or at least duct tape the inside of the tire. Or they will balloon like crazy ?

Depends on your bashing needs. For off-road, there is just one name you need to know... Badlands. Just a word of caution when buying low budget "Badland Wannabees" premounts... check on the inserts being used. Most likely the inserts will be the open cell foam type and will disintegrate in no time, and cause balance issues.
