Hi all,

I've got an Arrma Typhon 6s and have just bought a used Eb48.4. Am I able to run 6s or are the diffs/drivetrain etc not able to handle it?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it can handle twice as much of anything as that Arrma

Cool - that's pretty much what I would have thought. Just wanted to check as the Typon is marketed for 6s whilst the Tekno is 4s

"But great power carries with it great responsibility as to the use that is made of it."
Without knowing any details of setup, or plans for the buggy, just remember with the right motor, kv, and gearing, anything is possible. But, doing balls to the wall hyper speed off-roading, then one should expect faster wear-n-tear as well.

This 👆🏻. Faster wear-n-tear, more downtime and maintenance.

I'd be putting in the stock Typhon 6s setup (Spektrum Firma 2050kv motor, 150A esc). Purely a basher looking to hit 70mph on road (same as the Typhon, just with a stronger/ligher platform)
