Basket case, abomination or both?

I have been looking into the world of nitro, learning beginner things contemplating picking something up sometime next spring/summer. I found an nb48 converted to an sct on eBay. Seems affordable yet all the rusty screws are a red flag to me, looks to be a complete tear down to service bearings, diffs, maybe outdrives too. Reaching out to the nitro crowd, has anyone seen, done or heard of a nitro buggy converted to the nitro sct?

Is this worth picking up? Not sure if it’s a .3/.4/ or whatever version of the buggy.
