My buddy put one, Max 15, in his new Kraton 8s and it failed on the second battery pack. One of the motor wires came unsoldered, and he had voided the warranty because he removed a sticker that he thought was unsightly. His mistake. He replaced it with a HW MAX 5 ESC.

Now its xc esc with normal price.... best esc e seria (c is bad). Have on tekno and 12s outcast..

I agree that the C series ESC's are not great. The one i got had lag, and really annoying power curve/delivery that couldn't be solved with punch or timing. Bluetooth was very nice though for something so cheap!

2 of 3 friend have problem with c.... i have e e8 and e5pro, its greate, more faster than hw .... my favorit esc now

I got the C8 because you liked your E8 so much. I thought they would be very similar with the sensor being the only difference, guess not..

No, they different..... i use e8 without sensor (simple motor) no problem and very quick responce
