What is best body for ET 48 2.2? The Tekno body it comes with has issue with the front section. It cracks in same place after a few races. Basically under the front windshield all the way across.
Is the lead finger or J concepts better? Or any other brands?
Thanks

I use an NT48.3 body. It's wide enough and is almost level with the shock towers so it holds up well.

The best way to prevent this is to use the little pieces of velcro on the front of the body where it goes over the mudguard. Just do the front only, not the rear. This allows the truck to still flex consistently while supporting the front of the body.

My question is, did you elongate the rear body mounting holes to allow body movement as the chassis flexes?

I pretty much do what everyone above has already suggested. I'm running the NT48 2.2 body on my ET48 2.2, because I'm running the wide guards. Yes to elongating the rear body hole, allows the body to flex a little. And I run velcro with the body clips, it does help.
