NB48 2.2 diffs rubbing chassis

I am building a new nb48 2.2 I have just installed the front and rear clips on the car and the diffs are rubbing the chassis and I’m curious if anyone has experienced this

How old is the kit? Does the chassis have milled out areas for the diff ring gears?

The kit is new it’s a nb48 2.2 and no it doesn’t have the milled out pockets so I’m guessing that an older chassis was packed in my kit
