Hey everyone,
Anyone converted an et48 2.0 to a swb mt type truck? Or an eb48 2.0 to one? If so, I would love to see pics. I’m seriously thinking about converting my eb48 2.0 to one. Anyone got spare parts from their et they would like to sell or trade to help me along the way? I’m going to keep the buggy body and shocks. Just going to change arms, cvd’s and turnbuckle. TIA, have a merry Christmas!

Currently working on it.

Awsome, did you go from eb to et arms?
Started with an eb because that's what I had on hand. Starting with an et is much easier.
You will need, eb48 2.0/2.1chassis, rear center driveshaft, sct410 2.0 towers, braces, body post mount, bumpers and skids.

Cool, thnx, I’m starting with an eb48 2.0. Are you running et arms?

Yes. For that you'll need.
et arms, driveshafts, shocks, turnbuckle set, wheel hex, and swaybar (optional).
Then the sct stuff from above.
This is exactly what I'm running.

This creation is not a Mt 410 2.0! In my opinion that truck is an extreme let down. Not happy. I loved the original Mt410 and was waiting for the 2.0 for sometime now just to be disappointed.
This truck is closer to what was expected, Eb chassis Et suspension sct towers and bolt on's. I'm calling it a Mt410 2.1? My friends have already started the same build.
I hope this information helps anyone else interested in a stunt Mt build.

Make sure to use ET 48 2.0 A,B,C, and D blocks to space drive line properly.
Wait, what? The buggy blocks don’t work? Aren’t the arms the same as the buggy? Just longer?

You used the EB48 2.0 shocks?

Following up next day. The Mt conversion runs great. Very smooth and responsive. Problem 1: servo needs to have 500oz/in or more to achieve good reactions, (protek 155t is just barely doing the trick).
Problem 2: settings on power system, soft breaks is recommended not to blow up the diffs.
These are only opinions.
Loving this truck.

😂thnx for the update. I’m going to eventually turn my buggy to an mt. Gonna have to wait a few weeks. After realizing you needed abc and d blocks. Thnx for telling me, I did it realize they weren’t as wide as the et blocks. That ads another $80. have fun with the mt. Form what I can imagine it’s good. I have had an eb48.3. The eb48 2.0 is good. handles amazing! An mt of this buggy would be really good for bashing around. I also bash an et48.3 and it is also great!

Update on the Mt. Changed tires, esc, transmitter. The stresses of being an mt has prompted me to build a stainless steel tower to tower brace. The center diff also melted the plastic case so I figured out that the ET48.3 or MT410 diff fits well and with a stainless steel case will not melt.
