Where do these spacer’s go, in between the two bearings in the rear hub?

You only need the spacers if you're going to run CV's. If you're running unis, which I suggest in all conditions, then you don't need them.

So I’ve played around with the LRC hub this weekend.

Contrary to this video

The LRC hole makes a massive positive difference on high grip.

You’d think generally in high grip you would want to get rid grip so go HRC.

I just finished my 1/10th indoor season. Finally got my ebuggy out for it's 1st run, very happy with it. It's very easy to drive. Can't wait ti try it out at a couple different tracks over the next couple weeks.
