What spur gear should I be using?

Which spur gear should I be using with a 20 tooth pinion? I am running a Hobbywing 10BL120 ESC and a Hobbywing 5400kv motor with a 20 tooth pinion with the stock spur. Is the stock spur an 81 tooth?

It says here that the 70 tooth works with a 20 tooth pinion but the 81 tooth looks like it can't be used with a 20 tooth pinion:
