48.4 Tires for run down track?

The local track, which is in a public space and pretty rough around the edges is giving me trouble. It's bumpy dusty loamy or hard pack depending on the section, with ruts from bikes using it.

Is there any tire for these conditions? I need a very round profile or the car traction rolls, but also lots of grip, both fw and lateral for dusty sections.

I'm thinking hotrace Miami's, sweep battle stars 2.0 maybe?
Any suggestions?
