SCT410.3 and EB48sl newb

So, I just got a SCT410.3, and have a EB48sl on the way. Being a relative Tekno newb.. what are some good spare parts specific to these two platforms to keep around since I am going to be racing. (I went with the EB48sl, specifically so that I could consolidate the parts needs).

Also who still makes a good body for these. I have seen that J concepts has both the finisher and the silencer. (which do you prefer?). Anybody else I should look at?

Front bumper
body posts
front caster blocks/ spindles, screws, bushings
inner arm pins, pill inserts
