Mt410 drive shafts.

Hi,forum I want to know has anyone upgraded there tekno mt410 drive shafts with these I found on ebay?

What's the price? I doubt some chinesium grade shafts will be better than the originals.

I agree, Tekno is pretty good, next stop for me if needed would be M2C. I have a couple stock front cvds that have been wobbling for over a year now

Yes, got em "close" and have been using since. Doesn't seem to effect anything.

I am curious for OP as well and if they want the M2C's because their's are bent. I haven't had any issues with driveshafts and i've sent my MT410 hard enough (or I'm a terrible enough driver) to break some arms at the inner hinge pins. They've definitely taken some undeserved abuse.

I've heard the same from others as you have experienced.. I really have no idea how I bent them as I really don't bash that hard. At least anymore.. I was ramping with the MT410 initially after the build, IIRC that's when I bent them..

Thanks for inquiring and yes I've bent mine and straight them countless times. I know m2c has them but there quite expensive so I wanted to try others just to see how they hold up? Haven't gotten them yet there still in transit.

Maybe check out the GPM ones? They are cheaper at least, I've yet to buy and test them myself so I don't know if they are good or not.

Idk about these. I think i found the same style that you've been browsing, and it almost looks like these ones are cast.

If so, i don't think i'd personally bother with them. The tekno/M2C variants are machined from stock and would have next to no impurities and defects like casting products would. Still, you can find some for super cheap, so might be worth a gamble

My brother picked a set off chinese cvds for his Sludge off amazon, as well as some M2C center shafts. He had fitment issues with one but, I don't remember which TBH, I think it was the M2C center shafts that he wasn't happy with. I'll have to ask him..
He had issues with drive pins falling out of the stockers..the chinese front and rear cvds have been fine so far, say a half dozen packs now. That's more than the TRX cvds lasted..

TRX should be ashamed of what they sell for high $$. The day I tried my first Tekno is the day I sold all my TRX stuff.

I hear ya. I still have 4 TRX rigs, 2 were free, 1 half priced Hoss..and a full priced Xmaxx. I feel they're overpriced, their saving grace for me is parts, price and availability are attractive.
Tekno is just next level from TRX..no real comparison.. my MT410 is now on an ET48.3 chassis, doing track duty. Not the same as an ET I know but, pretty damned good. It's over 2 years old, still on original rods/ends, driveshafts..even most bearings are still original. The sct410.3 has been stellar as well. No way I'd choose any variation of a slash over that..
I like to "share the love" though.. I have Xray, TT, Redcat, Losi, TC and Arrma rigs too.. I'll never be brand loyal, but if I were, I'd be right here at "Teknoland"

The main reason I'm brand loyal is because I'm lazy on maintenance and am absolutely minimizing the number of configurations I'm supporting. I'm currently pushing it, one brand and one scale!

Can't argue with that! Bearing sizes!? Oh man, I can never seem to have the ones I need when I actually need them!! LOL. Shoot, I might have as many as my LHS, but somehow still don't have "the ones" I need..

My MT410 always has 4 bent drive shafts it just keeps on truckin' though
I'll straighten them one day....
