Isdt q8 power supply

Hey guys I have this Kodak HPA-432418A0 AC Power Supply Charger Adapter 24V DC 1.8A using it to power my isdt q8 charger. Do anyone know how many watts it may be putting out as it doesn't give me the specs for watts on the back. It's working just fine but it takes about 1hr to discharge my 6s 4000mah 60c-120C battery pack. And the charger is saying it's only discharging at 0.6amps but I have the option to discharge at 1.5 amps and 30amp if using storage discharge. But it only discharges at 0.6amps. Do anyone know why this may be or would I be better of using an Xbox 360 power supply rated at 12v 203watts??‍

use Ohm's Law --> Watts = Volts x Amps

24V x 1.8A = 43.2W
