Is there any reason to go with tyres for racing that aren't 0 offset with the ET48 2.0?

What is the general rule of thumb with racing tyres on the Tekno ET48 2.0? Would you ever choose anything other than 0 offset?

Bonus question: Is there a brand of tyre that people have found to give longer wear? I race causally and would prefer to not have to spend $100 AUD every race for a set of tyres, I've been running Proline truggy tyres for a few years, but I'm thinking of trying AKA?

I've been running the https://www.prolineracing.com/tires/blockade-vtr-4.0-m3-soft-off-road-1-8-truck-tires-mounted.asp but they are now discontinued.

Thanks a lot

I don’t have an answer about the offset sorry

but I run a lot of AKA tires and I feel they last a good amount of time on the track

Thank you very much! I've got some second hand aka tyres, I'll give them a try and buy some new ones
