Help finding out why it sounds like this

Hello,
I've been noticing this harsh metal sound when the Spur is in contact with the Clutch bell.
No broken tooth on the Spur gear or pinion, clutch bell seems fine and spins freely, no harsh sound when either of them spins on their own.
Is this sound normal?

I have many rigs. My rigs with plastic spur and metal pinion is much quieter. When you have metal spur and metal pinion it makes a much louder noise.
