Front Wheels Going Wrong Way

Okay I know i did something wrong, but what should i check first since i think i followed the instructions correctly. When i hit the trigger, the back wheels go forward, but the front wheels go in reverse. So it just sits in one place and spins the wheel. Its fun for like 5 seconds to watch though.. Im guessing i did something with the front diff, but what?

take your diff out and flip it around.

Yeah just figured that out, always had 2wd, thought i had it the right way as the instructions. Thanks
