EB48.4 wheel hubs on .3?

Hi all, I'm building a desert buggy from the SCT410.3 kit and M2C truggy chassis. In the interest of durability and longevity, even at the expense of weight and speed, I'm adding a variety of aluminum upgrade parts.

This being my first (but not last - I've already ordered an EB48 2.0!) Tekno, I'm not sure about how far the fabled interoperability goes? That is, will the Exotek aluminum hubs, advertised for the Eb48.4, fit/work on the 48.3-based SCT410.3?

Also, the universal axles? With the heavy wheels and bumpier track/running ground, I'd prefer them over the dogbones.

My guess is the .4 hubs will not fit on the .3 since they changed the arms for that generation.

The universals on the other hand should fit.

Wait, i reread your post and believe I must have mixed up things a bit.

the universals from EB48.3 will fit on the EB48.4. But your SCT410.3 has shorter arms. So the unis should not fit you rig.

If you want to turn your SCT into a buggy easiest route would be to turn it into a SL. https://www.teknorc.com/shop/tkr5004-eb48sl-18th-4wd-competition-super-light-buggy-kit/ This is basically the SCT410.3 with 17mm hubs and a wing.

Main difference for you would be that you are using the truggy chassis.
