Two things are unclear to me after reading the manual, pre-build:

More sweep uh? Is that more front, more rear, doesn't matter, what's the setup for centered anyway?

Goddman socialists, confusing the hell out of me. Picture appears to show the little indentation torward the center of the car, but it says "the left". I'm lost.

Last point: green slime, what's that? It's mentioned in the shocks part. I put thick red teflon grease (for bikes) on my shocks, never had a problem, is this ok?
Thanks for the help guys!

I can’t really speak to the first question as I don’t really race so never really concern myself with those specifics.

As for indentation, pretend you are sitting in the vehicle. You want them on the left side no matter if the turn buckles are on the right or left side of the vehicle.

Green slime helps with getting the shock shaft through the orings without tearing them. So grease probably will work too. Not sure why tekno doesn’t supply it. Though I think only AR and Losi do since that’s all I’ve ever seen.

I think Rock Shox Dynamic Seal Grease is the same as green slime. You can get it at any bicycle shop. Much cheaper and will last forever.

Stock settings are on the same page you posted (assuming that your building an ET48.3?).

Adjusting more sweep would be making the dog bones angled back more (towards the rear) than forward.

There is only one left side to the vehicle, unless you drive it backwards?

I agree the grease you used is probably just fine.

I posted this in the MT410 forum, guess which car I'm building ;-)
OK So stock is centered, and swapping (some or all) washers to the other side will add sweep.

Ok, got it. I have at least one vehicle where stock is strongly angled torward the front, so it's not obvious to me, I haven't built a kit in close to 25 years.

Well duh, but the drawing of the drivetrain shows both notches on the center side (so left one is on the right, right one is pointing left), hence the confusion. I'm going to assume the drawing is wrong.

I should have saw this was in the MT410 section, my bad.

Yes switching those spacers around changes wheel base and sweep.

In the case of the drawing, its probably wrong then.

The idea of the notches is so when making the adjustments on the completed build, you turn the wrench in the same direction on all of the turnbuckles to make the same adjustment.

Going by memory if you set it up the way Tekno states (not pictured), you can turn your turnbuckle wrench towards the the rear and it makes positive camber adjustments. Turning it towards the front does negative camber adjustments, or vice versa just going by memory.
