Anyone run DE Racing wheels on their SCT410.3?

So I grabbed 3 sets of DE wheels for the sct410 a couple weeks ago and glued up the tires, and at the track today I was gonna try a set out and I've found that the hex is just a tiny bit too small to fit over the "12mm" lightened hub that comes stock on the 410.3. My proline, duratrax, axial wheels all fit, snugly but that's preferred. I think I might be able to pound them on but dont want to do that. Wondering if I should try some of the more standard 12mm hubs?

In this picture I had pressed as hard as possible just to get it this far...

Update:

Measured some ST Racing hexes and compared to the Tekno lightened hex's. The ST's fit perfectly, but the axle hole is smaller so they dont fit...

I run an original release SCT410.1 so I won't be much help there, but I can't say that I've ever had any problems with the 12mm hexes on any of many brands of wheels I have ran over the years. I recently started running a ET410 which I believe uses the same hexes as the SCT410.3 and as luck with have it, I'm running these DE wheels which are a different offset and not compatible with the SCT410, but they are DE wheels nonetheless:

They fit perfectly fine on my truck :)

For your situation, I would just hit the hexes with a file to shave off that 0.04mm and call it a day ;)

That's the plan, just wanted to see if others have had the same problem. Thanks!
