Can't fit 4274 with insert in stock direction. It will fit with insert flipped but limited pinion adjustment. Seems like non LCG insert is kinda needed. Does anyone know what pinion would fit with the sct410.3 LCG flipped and 4274?

Thanks

I don't understand what you are talking about with reference to "insert and LCG", but here's a pic of a 4274 installed in a MT410 which is the exact same chassis as the SCT410, it's a tight fit and very much possible with stock configuration:

The sct410.3 comes with tkr5212 LCG motor mount. The can hits the bottom of chassis before it can be inserted. Flipped it will go but limited travel.

The one @Billl DeLong linked is the one you need. I run it with a Castle 2200kv in my EB48SL, same as a SCT410.3.
SCT and SL kits have the LCG mount for smaller diameter motors.
This is a pic in the SL manual that is not in the SCT manual.

Awesome. Love this forum, and really loving TEKNO so far. That pic would be useful info in the SCT manual, as well as a few other things. Not complaining, I understand this is a race focused company. Race pedigree is the reason I got the TEKNO short course.

I don't think they ever intended the SCT to be able to run a 4274 can because the 1/10 axles with 12mm hex just can't handle 1/8 torque.... since the SL and MT410 come with 17mm hexes, then they can certainly handle 1/8 torque no problem.
