Why buy a new ET410 to make it a monster truck? Why not buy an MT410 instead or am I missing something?Anyone considering building this out as a 1/10th scale basher??
TT
Using 2s and 3s batteries and power systems instead of 4s and 6s would be the only thing I can think of, but I would rather start with the SCT410 platform myself. Why buy a new ET410 to make it a monster truck? Why not buy an MT410 instead or am I missing something?

And to be fair, Tekno has the MT410 being called a 1/10th scale, but I truly believe it is 1/8th scale but the monster truck scene doesn't have any defined specs for each scale.
From the pics, it looks like there is plenty of room to swap the shorty tray for a standard sized battery tray - just drill a few holes, and done.. But I would imagine the shorty pack limitation would hinder the ability to make a high power basher.
