I didn’t do much to document the built on my Et410.2 but I built it up with a Hobbywing Xr10 Pro combo with a 6.5t motor. Picked up a set of Traxxas rallye wheels and tires for general use around the house.

Had a ton of fun building it and couldn’t help myself so I grabbed a couple more.

You can see the color theme growing.

We were gifted 5 Yokomo rc’s. 4 buggies and a ST also. I’ve got 3 of the Yokomo’s built up and running ready for the local carpet track to open up.

Theme remains I often forget to snap pics during the build process.

Hobbywing seems to be omitting the wires for esc to motor so I need to pick up some and I’ll get this thing moving under its own power. Color is probably going to match the rest of my “race” fleet but might spice it up a bit.

You have a very nice and complete fleet

Thanks. I have a ton of Arrma’s and have been happy with the Tekno’s with the little bit of drive time they have seen so far. With the Mt410 and the sct410.3 both on sale it’s hard not to want to buy them even though I’m guessing they will get updated soon after the sale is over.

Very unlikely a new sct410 will come out. That thing is still the undisputed king of the track. Especially gnarly 1/8 tracks. And you can put the .4 Ackerman on it and hrc hubs etc. I don't race but my hobby shop is a race focused shop, its what they told me.

After getting 2 of my 3 Tekno’s built we finally made it up to one of the local tracks to give them a workout. I started with my et410.2 and then moved up to the et48 2.0 and wow. This chassis is really easy to control. I have driven a couple non racey 1/8 scales on the track and none of them were this effortless to drive. I know weight has a huge penalty for racing and it sure showed up yesterday on the track. How quick the et48 would accelerate out of the corners and ease of air control. I can see why so many like these as bashers as well as racers. After running a small 5200mah pack through it I grabbed another and put my daughter into the et410.2 and started working on some basic skills as she has the least amount of time behind a controller. She was doing awesome and making great progress until she started racing the wrong direction down the straight and we met head on. Luckily the shop is our local Tekno shop so they had all the parts on hand to fix it. Upgraded to the aluminum shock caps although that may be a mistake as it would probably cause something else expensive to break in a wreck like this.

Well I’m terrible at capturing builds so here is the current Tekno lineup. I may order an mt410 as a Father’s Day present to myself. Finished the sct last night and of course it ended up on its lid twice today in a parking lot. There were some nice sized speed bumps that worked as great jumps for the little rigs. The ET410.2 handled it best and would just barely scrub the d block on takeoff. The EB was a close second and both the sct and et48 and problems with it. I think they were hitting it with much more speed and the sct would land on its nose. I don’t remember what the et48 was doing but it ended rubber side up twice so I parked it.

Think I’ve only got about 7-8 different fully built rigs and am running out of storage space so definitely using your idea. Takes up way less space than shelves.

Whelp boys. Father’s Day was a success. I’m honestly surprised she did it.

Bought an m2c et48.3 race chassis on Hobbytown’s website that was at the old price of $98, their shock caps and rear brace kit that were all less than m2c’s listed prices. Not sure what electronics combo I’m going to go with as all my 6s batteries are over 150mm. May just keep it 4s. I’ll start building diff’s and wait for the chassis to arrive before I decide on electronics.

Couple parts trickling in. Not the things that are holding me up but looks like everything should be here by Monday.

Chassis, shock caps and a couple other little bits showed up today. Didn’t get as much time on it as I had hoped but it’s taking shape. Sorta surprised it doesn’t have more droop in the front. The hub carriers hit the control arms at rest.

That is a clean looking build!

I'll try to get more pictures of it tonight, I got it together last night and did a little rip down the street on 4S. The 1650kv motor sure is torquey and with no changes to punch settings or servo voltage the first impressions are that it's pretty good. I need to play with the suspension a little bit, I put my old Kraton 6S copperheads on and it slaps chassis but just barely in the front (the shocks bottom out at the same time the chassis contacts). I have the shocks set to the furthest inside hole on the front tower and outside on the control arms. I test fit the Proline Kraton Bash Armor body on it and I don't care for the looks so I'll likely shelve it and save it for something else. Thinking I may just buy a leadfinger body for it and shoe goo/ drywall tape it for durability.

That looks like a true beast nice build! And nice collection. Is the esc relocate plate a custom piece or can you get that from M2C? I like that it enables a longer/bigger motor to be used.

It’s an m2c piece. It allows you to put the esc onto their upper rear brace or onto the rear brake servo location behind that battery.

I bought it with several other items here since it was cheaper than direct from m2c *** note this is the long chassis et48 kit.
