Finally have the MT kit and enough of the bits to get this beast built. Might be a bit sporadic of a build, as my free time is limited, but will make a strong push to not drag it out and to stay up on postings.

Here is the BOM:
MOTOR: Castle 1515 2,200KV sensored brushless motor. Out of stock until next month. If I get the kit done and decide not to wait will switch to the Tekin TT2345 2,250KV motor
ESC: Castle Mamba Monster X sensored brushless waterproof ESC. Same deal, if I switch ESC will go with HW Xerun XR8+
PINION GEAR: Traxxas Mod 1 hardened steel pinions 15T, 16T & 17T
SERVO: MKS X5 HBL550 brushless servo
WHEELS & TIRES: Pro-Line Badlands MX38 HP belted tires pre-mounted on Raid wheels
BODY: Pro-Line Jeep Gladiator Rubicon PRO3542-00. Also have the Raptor shell (PRO3468-00) in case the Gladiator looks too small. Bodies will be airbrushed with Createx paints.
BATTERIES: Youme Power 6,500MAH 60C battery w/ XT90 connector
TX & RX: Sanwa M12S-RS transmitter & RX-482 receiver

And the upgrades:
SERVO HORN: Tekno aluminum clamping servo horn TKR5253B
SPUR GEAR: Tekno steel hardened 44T TKR5115
DIFFERENTIAL CASES F/C/R: Tekno steel hardened cases TKR5113S
DIFFERENTIAL CROSS PINS: Tekno aluminum cross pins TKR5149A
CENTER DIFF & MOTOR MOUNT: Tekno aluminum split center diff & motor mount TKR5261
CENTER REAR DRIVESHAFT: Tekno aluminum driveshaft TKR5676A. Will not be used, as not going to run the ET chassis right away.
SHOCK CAPS: Tekno aluminum E/V/NV shock caps TKR8702
SHOCK CARTRIDGE CAPS: Tekno aluminum cartridge caps TKR6015
SHOCK ADJUSTMENT NUTS: Tekno aluminum adjustment nuts TKR6013
SHOCK CARTRIDGE SET: Tekno CNC Delrin cartridge set TKR6146
SHOCK PISTON SET: Tekno CNC flat/flat pistons TKR6169
REAR HUBS: Tekno HRC rear hubs TKR5199B
WHEEL NUTS: Tekno aluminum 17mm red “T logo” covered wheel nuts TKR5116BR
DROOP ADJUSTMENT SCREWS: Tekno 4x10mm BHS TKR1238
CAMBER LINK NUTS: Tekno M3 flanged locknuts TKR1211
REAR ARM MUD GUARDS: Tekno mud guards TKR5433
FRONT BUMPER: T-Bone Racing TBR XV4 bumper 570182. If the TBR bumper doesn’t come in stock prior to completing the build I have a Traxxas Maxx LED ready bumper TRA8935X that I will try to fit up. Otherwise I will just run the stock bumper
WHEELIE BAR: T-Bone Racing TBR V3 wheelie bar 570161
BODY POSTS: Arrma Outcast Body Post Set ARA320357
BODY CLIPS: Hot Racing 1/8 scale black chrome clips w/ retainers HRABWP39E01

Ooh lots of stuff!

Why the rear ET drive shaft? Are you going to be using the ET chassis for this?
Forgot to take that off the list. Going to run the EB chassis and then decide on going to the longer chassis.

That’s a whole lot of goodies!

Would stick with regular badlands though.
Yeah it added up when I laid them out. Good thing I’m only building one.

Want to try the MX belted. Will watch temps if they’re an issue then will downsize.

Have you ran one of the larger style badlands and had problems?

Knocked out the diffs. All the talk of Tekno's tight tolerances and quality are valid. All went together with ease...

Other than the oil bottle tip blowing out and making a mess... Even flipped it the night before, guess too much macho and excitement to get this monster built.

I ran the larger Backflips and didn't like them. Unsprung weight makes for sloppy handling. I really like when my rigs have that sharp race precision.

Me too. You think the Bakflips LP from the 4S outcast would be any good on a MT410 build?

Front and rear gearboxes completed. To no surprise both had perfect mesh and did not require any shims.

Front and rear clips are done. First time using the chucked up 5/32" chainsaw file method. Gets my vote over a standard arm reamer.

Had good success using Lutz's pre-threading method on the camber links.

Made some good progress the past couple mornings, before my workouts. Thanks to caffeine I was moving fast, but also put one camber link in backwards, otherwise all went together quick and easy. Luckily before assembly I realized I had the rear springs laid out with my front shock components.

Hy very nice assembly!
Am currently also compiling all sorts of parts for my upcoming build!
In the course of this I would like to ask you about your motivations / experiences of some parts, because I am considering them possibly also in my compilation to take over !
1.
DIFFERENTIAL CROSS PINS: Tekno aluminum cross pins TKR5149A
2.
DAMPER CARTRIDGE KIT: Tekno CNC Delrin cartridge kit TKR6146
3.
Silencer piston set: Tekno CNC flat/flat piston TKR6169
4.
REAR WHEEL HUBS: Tekno HRC Rear Hubs TKR5199B
5.
CAMBER LINK NUTS: Tekno M3 flanged lock nuts TKR1211
6.
BODY POSTS: Arrma Outcast Body Post Set ARA320357

As for the subject of tires, I use the Badlands MX38 Belted on my Kraton 6S EXB and there they work great, for my upcoming MT410 I will probably put on the ProLine Trencher LP 3.8, villeicht währe that for you again an interesting alternative!

Greetings
